what does it EXACTLY do?|||Steroid creams should (as far as I%26#039;m aware) only be applied to a tight foreskin to help loosen it. As long as it is a prescribed cream it will be fine. In the US it is called betamethasone.|||It can thicken the skin and also cause the foreskin to become a little baggy, not fitting as tightly around the glans.|||it just helps the skin grow
