Guys, steroid cream for treating/helping phimosis?

Looking for an over the counter cream that will help, alongside stretching. Anyone know/have ideas? And other alternatives?

Also thoughts on Preputialplasty?

Thanks.|||I would definitely try steroid cream and stretching exercises first, but the only cream that i know of is prescribed %26#039;%26#039;Betamethasone cream 0.05%%26#039;%26#039;.

A Prepplasty is a better alternative to circumcision as it doesn%26#039;t affect the looks, its done under a local anesthetic with a quick recovery rate and you keep the nerve endings found in a foreskin.

Good luck!|||Assuming you are an adult and have acquired phimosis, you should be seeing a general physician or perhaps even a referral to a urologist. This condition is not usually an emergency but it should be treated. One should also seek out the cause of this condition to prevent any recurrence. Most effective treatments are somewhat invasive but not something to fear.

Preputialplasty is an alternative to circumcision but there are a variety of techniques. See a doctor.|||I wouldn%26#039;t go for any steroid creams because they will weaken the skin defenses making it prone to fungal infections. Better than that (and I did it when I was a teenager with excellent results) I would buy some K%26amp;Y gel and start masturbating with it. Enough gel and when your penis is not totally hard yet, pull the foreskin and then stimulate the gland until you get the full erection. That makes the stretching more fun. Also try to get erections while taking hot showers and pull the foreskin everytime you have to go to the bathroom. In a matter of weeks you will se huge results and finally you will be able to have a fully hard rock erect penis with your intact foreskin totally pulled back (it just looks like you were cut but no disgusting scars and you keep all your nerves intact)|||The technique of preputial plasty. In effect, it is a limited dorsal slit. They do not remove the foreskin at all but make a slit in it so it has more space to slide over the glans,

Less scartissue

Seems to work perfect:worked myself through a lot of litterature for you.

I cannot draw a picture of it here otherwise I would have done that,From the tip they make a short incission that heals and makes room for the gland..

You can keep on practising the stretching ,but if you stop doing that the effect will go soon again.

Regards:Sky|||I think you better seek advice from a doctor

don%26#039;t experiment with your health/penis...

I think that the only solution for phimosis is surgery, where they remove a part of your foreskin...

But you should definitely see a doctor|||First see a different doctor, second I use vitiman e it was recomend by a doctor, over the counter and it work for me, have had no problems since and that has been a few years ago.|||dude.. dont have gay sex.
