Is there a place NOT to put steroid cream?

I was prescribed Elocom (steroid cream) for my eczema. It is affected on random areas of my body (NEAR my reproductive system as well) Is there a place not suitable to apply this low-potent sterioid cream?|||Not in an orifice.
