Does steroid cream make a lupus rash more manageable?

I%26#039;m currently in the process of trying to find out what is wrong with me. My internal specialist and derm. are thinking it%26#039;s lupus or another autoimmune disorder. I%26#039;m going next monday to see a rhematologist.





I have two questions, can a steroid cream help with a lupus rash because it is helping with mine. Although with just a day or two of going without the rash, it reappears rather quickly.





Also, I was wondering what to expect at the rhemogologist apt?


I%26#039;ve already had blood work for the lupus panel and it showed nothing.

Did you doctor do a Coag Factor test to see if your blood is clotting normally? Have you had a prolonged PTT or a abnormal coagulation?





Have you had a Factor 8,9,11 %26amp; 12 done?





It could be you don%26#039;t have full blown lupus, but you may have lupus anticoagulants in your blood. This does sometimes lead to easy bleeding and bruising.





I have this and I bleed easily and bruise easily. I have developed other immune system problems in the last 10 years since these test were done, and I have developed hundreds of lipomas (lumps in fatty tissue) all over my body from a steroid shot for an accident in 2003, and lipomas are an immune system problem. I also have Roscea (tiny,tiny bumps on face) which is another immune system problem that I developed in 2007.





I refuse to use any steroid products since my problem with the lipomas and if I were you I would be careful until I was given a correct diagnose.





I am doing research to see if I can find something to build up my immune system and stop my immune system from reacting with these problems.
