I have a severe case of exzema. Is there something to thin the Betamethasone cream with to apply to the scalp?

What can I thin Betamethasone cream with to apply to the scalp?|||i have exzema too really really bad!!!!!!!! try putting sum ice on it it will also stop the itching.|||Well my daughter is exzema and I use Euercin camling cream and it works! Try that, its not thick like that Betamethasone.
